Autism Success Story Siao

Autism Success Story Siao

His parents were deeply concerned about him when he was 18 months of age. He had not begun to speak, and did not respond to others. He lacked eye contact, and preferred to play by himself. He slept poorly, and began having asthma attacks. By three years of age, Siao had been diagnosed as autistic, his lack of speech persisted and he was socially withdrawn. He was hyperactive, and he walked on his toes.  His health was very poor. On The Institutes’ Intensive Treatment Program, Siao began to read, write, run, speak, and his health improved greatly, so much so that he did not have a single illness for six years.
Today, Siao, age 23, reads at the university level, and is a long distance runner. He continues to be in good health, and is an artist. His art shows are popular, and he has published an illustrated book for children. You can enjoy some of his artwork below.
