thing you have learned from this course?

“Being in the program already and watching my wife, it’s been reassuring to see the work we are doing. It’s been extremely helpful to go through everything she taught me with all the teaching from your staff to make sure we are doing it correctly or if we need to adjust. The most important thing I heard was a comment made about consistency. Just to confirm you’re doing the same thing every day and gradually building up. We just need to start with a modest program and do it every day, rather than having some very intense days and some not. Also, this is not forever! Do it right, get the results, and let my daughter experience a life of no limitations.”
